1. Term: The Term of this Agreement will commence upon YOUR acceptance of this Agreement and payment of the applicable Program Fee. You agree and understand that upon commencement of the Term of this Agreement, you will become a client of Thomas Whitehead Believe in Lean services and 5-Phase Fat Loss Max™ coaching program.

 

 

 

1. Termination: Thomas Whitehead Believe in Lean may terminate this Agreement at any time in its discretion upon notice to You. Paragraph 1.3 (below) shall I survive termination of this Agreement, binding YOU to Confidentiality in perpetuity.

 

 

1. Service Fees: By accepting the Terms of this Agreement You agree and understand that you are committing to pay Thomas Whitehead Believe in Lean through one of the following options:

 

1. ‘Agreed-upon’ up-front payment for the commencement of service

OR

​

    2. ‘Agreed-upon’ per month for a minimum of 6 months.

​

For online fitness coaching (5-Phase Fat Loss Max™ workout program, personalised nutrition plan, weekly check-in call, weekly progress report, accountability form, 24/7 support via email, social media direct messaging and live messaging via Believe in Lean’s training app and access to ongoing monthly coaching services and training via audio/video conference.

1.6 No Refunds: Thomas Whitehead Believe in Lean abides by a strict no refund policy before the expiration of the services provided to you by Believe in Lean coaching services. By accepting the Terms of this Agreement, You agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the Program(s) offered by Thomas Whitehead Believe in Lean coaching services. You further acknowledge that in accepting the Terms of Agreement and affirmatively seeking the benefits of and membership in such Program(s), You are taking full responsibility for YOUR OWN success. Thus, You agree that you will not request a refund.

 

1.7 Buy Out Policy: Should You decide to leave the program before the conclusion of the 5 month commitment, defined as any time less than 24-weeks from the date of the start of the 5-Phase Fat Loss Max™ coaching program, You agree to pay the Buy Out Fee which is the remainder of the full-price of the program, within the first 30 days of cancelling, your payment will be sent to debt collections department.

1.8 Transaction Currency Details: The currency that will be through the payment gateway: WorldPay Payment Gateway is in GBP (Great British Pound £). If you use a card from Europe, Asia, America, or Australia, the amount displayed on your bank account may be displayed as a higher amount than what was paid for in GBP, due to the current conversion rate.

1.9 Payment Options: You can use one of the following methods to use payment via WorldPay Payment Gateway; Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Maestro. The logos can be recognised and seen as below:
